Compensation & Benefits

Hourly Rate: $50–$60 per hour, future salary option working 3 days/week

Expected Daily Earnings: Approximately $400–$480 per scheduled day

Guaranteed Hours: Yes—you'll receive your scheduled hours even in the event of patient cancellations or no-shows.

Performance Bonus: Quarterly collaborative office bonus based on team performance.

The Opportunity

This is an opportunity for either a full-time or part-time Registered Dental Hygienist to join a collaborative, patient-focused practice that values quality over quantity.

You'll work in an office that emphasizes prevention, oral-systemic health, cosmetic dentistry, and patient education while enjoying the support of an experienced team committed to delivering exceptional care.

Schedule

Patient hours are typically:

• Monday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• First Thursday of each month: By appointment

The practice is open to both full-time and part-time candidates and offers some scheduling flexibility for the right individual.

Ideal Candidate

We're looking for a licensed Registered Dental Hygienist who is passionate about patient care and enjoys working as part of a collaborative team.

Preferred qualifications include:

• 2 years of clinical experience preferred but not mandatory
• Eaglesoft experience
• Laser Certification
• GBT Certification
