Compensation: Percentage of adjusted production after meeting your daily guarantee
Daily Guarantee: Competitive daily minimum provided
Schedule: Part-time to start (approximately 2.5 clinical days per week) with a clear path to full-time as the practice continues to grow.

You'll begin on a part-time schedule, treating a steady flow of new patients while helping continue the practice's impressive growth. As patient demand increases, you'll have the opportunity to transition into a full-time role.
Your clinical responsibilities will include comprehensive pediatric dental care, including:
Comprehensive examinations
Restorative dentistry
Preventive care
Treatment planning
Patient and parent education
Comprehensive pediatric dental procedures within your scope of practice
You'll be supported by an efficient, collaborative team consisting of:
1 Office Manager
1 Expanded Functions Dental Assistant (DA II) who assists with:
Digital radiographs
Child prophylaxis
Fluoride treatments
Sealants
This workflow allows you to focus on diagnosing and providing exceptional patient care while maximizing efficiency throughout your day.

DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
Active dental license in good standing (or eligible for licensure in North Carolina)
