The Opportunity

This is an excellent opportunity for a pediatric dentist, or a general dentist with significant experience and a passion for treating children, to join a modern, fast-growing practice with tremendous long-term potential.

You'll begin on a part-time schedule (approximately 2.5 clinical days per week), treating a steady flow of new patients while helping continue the practice's impressive growth. As patient demand increases, you'll have a clear path to transition into a full-time role.

Your clinical responsibilities will include comprehensive pediatric dental care, including:

• Comprehensive examinations
• Restorative dentistry
• Preventive care
• Treatment planning
• Patient and parent education
• Comprehensive pediatric procedures within your scope of practice

You'll be supported by an efficient, collaborative team, including an office manager and an Expanded Functions Dental Assistant (DA II) who assists with digital radiographs, child prophylaxis, fluoride treatments, and sealants. This workflow lets you focus on diagnosis and exceptional patient care while maximizing efficiency throughout your day.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is:

• A DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
• Holding an active dental license (or eligible for licensure in North Carolina)
•  Experienced general dentists who enjoy treating children are encouraged to apply
  
• Pediatric residency preferred
• Clinically confident and patient-focused
• An excellent communicator with children, parents, and team members
• Positive, coachable, and team-oriented
