Compensation & Benefits

We believe great dentists should be well compensated while having the support to continue growing.

Compensation: 32% of adjusted production (no lab fees)

Expected Earnings: $200,000–$300,000+ annually

Daily Guarantee: $700–$800/day (based on experience)

Our associates commonly exceed the daily guarantee, with providers typically producing $3,500–$4,000 per day.

The Opportunity

This opportunity begins as a part-time position with a clear path to full-time. Our practice currently has both a full-time and part-time associate, but due to continued patient growth and demand, we're looking to add another provider within the next few months.

You'll enjoy a consistently busy schedule while practicing comprehensive general dentistry in a practice that values quality over volume. We participate with only two insurance plans, allowing our providers to focus on exceptional patient care and comprehensive treatment planning.

While mentorship is available to help you expand into more advanced procedures, we believe in building a strong foundation first. Associates are encouraged to demonstrate confidence in comprehensive general dentistry before expanding into additional clinical procedures.

Our practice is equipped with advanced technology, including:

• CEREC same-day CAD/CAM dentistry

• Cone Beam (CBCT) imaging

• Laser dentistry

• Modern digital workflow

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is:

• A licensed General Dentist

• At least one year of clinical experience preferred

• GPR or AEGD residency graduates are also encouraged to apply

• Comfortable providing comprehensive general dentistry

• Motivated to continue learning and expanding clinically

• Interested in building a long-term career within a supportive practice
