Our practice is known for providing comprehensive, patient-centered care in a welcoming, collaborative environment where both patients and team members are treated like family. Under the leadership of Dr. Evan Kowalski, we continue a long-standing tradition of clinical excellence while utilizing modern technology to deliver exceptional care.

With a loyal patient base, a schedule booked 6 months out, and 35 new patients a month, we're adding another associate dentist to meet demand that has outgrown our current team. With 6 operatories and room to grow, this is an outstanding opportunity for a dentist to step into a full schedule from the first week, receive mentorship, and build a long-term career in a thriving practice.

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation: 32% of adjusted production (no lab fees)

Expected Earnings: $200,000–$300,000+ annually

Daily Guarantee: $800/day (negotiable, based on experience)

Most associates quickly outgrow the daily guarantee thanks to our consistent patient flow, with providers commonly producing $3,500-$4,000 per day.

The Opportunity

This is a full-time opportunity, with part-time available for the right candidate. Our practice currently has both a full-time and a part-time associate, and continued patient growth means we're ready to add another provider now.

You'll enjoy a consistently busy schedule while practicing comprehensive general dentistry in a practice that values quality over volume. We participate with only two insurance plans, allowing our providers to focus on exceptional patient care and comprehensive treatment planning.

Mentorship is available to help you expand into more advanced procedures. We build on a strong foundation in comprehensive general dentistry first, and for a coachable dentist ready to grow, Dr. Kowalski invests the time to train you into new clinical areas.

Our practice is equipped with advanced technology, including:

  • CEREC same-day CAD/CAM dentistry

  • Cone Beam (CBCT) imaging

  • Laser dentistry

  • Modern digital workflow

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is:

  • A licensed general dentist with a minimum of 1 year of clinical experience

About Comstock Family Dentistry

We are a busy private practice located in Kalamazoo and a short drive from Grand Rapids. Our clinic is rapidly growing and seeking an associate general dentist who fits in well with our culture and values. We take pride in maintaining a friendly and supportive work environment with each other and our patients. We will always do whatever it takes to get the job done without compromising our integrity; we believe in being honest and providing patients with compassionate care. Our practice is well-rounded and see a variety of patients of all ages. We are an in-network provider with select insurance companies, but do not accept Medicaid. The office is fully paperless and recently updated with a full range of modern dental technology, including digital radiography, iTero intraoral scanners for digital impressions, a CBCT unit, Nomad portable x-ray guns, and soft tissue lasers. We perform endodontics, crown and bridge, implant placement/restoration, sedation dentistry, and Invisalign therapy. Our clinic has a steady patient volume that will provide the associate dentist with a variety of patients and procedures.
