Compensation & Benefits

• Expected Earnings: $350,000–$450,000+ annually
• Compensation: Starting at 32% of procedural collections, with tiered increases based on total office collections
• Daily Guarantee: $1,200 per day for the first 6 months

The Opportunity

This is a full-time associate opportunity in an established, high-producing practice with a strong patient base and a consistent flow of 30+ new patients each month. The practice runs five operatories with two hygienists, and maintains a strong fee-for-service and PPO patient mix with no Medicaid or Medicare, supporting the high earning potential of this role.

You'll enjoy the independence of a solo doctor position, allowing you to practice with full clinical autonomy while being supported by an experienced, efficient team.

The practice offers a comprehensive scope of general dentistry, including:

• Comprehensive restorative dentistry
• Crown and bridge
• Cosmetic dentistry
• Dental implants
• Treatment planning and comprehensive patient care

Implant placement and cosmetic dentistry experience are required for this role.

You'll also have access to leading-edge technology, including:

• CBCT imaging
• Intraoral scanner
• 3D printer
• Fully digital workflow

Schedule

• Monday: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
• Tuesday through Thursday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Every other Friday: 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM

This structure offers a four-day workweek with a short Friday every other week, giving you a strong balance of production and personal time. The practice observes major holidays including New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and New Year's Eve.
