We're adding an associate who wants to grow clinically while keeping an exceptional work-life balance, whether you're an experienced clinician or a new graduate looking for guidance.
Compensation & Benefits
- Expected earnings: $180,000–$200,000+ annually
- Percentage of net collections, structure based on experience
- $80–$100/hour guaranteed during your first 3 months
- Housing assistance for your first 6 months
- Health insurance after 3 months
- 401(k) after 1 year with up to 3% employer match

- 6 weeks paid vacation
- CE and professional association allowance
Schedule
- Full-time, 4-day week
- Fridays off, 3-day weekends year-round
- Approximately 183 working days per year

The Opportunity
Step into a loyal, established patient base with a broad scope of general dentistry: restorative, crown and bridge, extractions, endodontics, removable prosthodontics, and clear aligner therapy with SureSmile.
Implant mentorship: the senior doctor actively places implants and mentors associates who want to add implant placement to their skill set. Additional procedures are open to you based on your interests.
You'll work in a modern facility with advanced technology, supported by an experienced team.
