Compensation & Benefits

This is a guaranteed-salary role with no production pressure, designed around stability, predictability, and a genuine work-life balance.

Compensation:

$175,000–$300,000 annual salary 

  • Newer dentists start around $175,000, with earnings increasing based on experience, production, and clinical range
  • Experienced dentists providing a broad scope of services earn up to $300,000
  • Both figures reflect a 4-day schedule, and dentists open to 5 days can earn beyond the range

Relocation Assistance:
Available as a flexible lump sum option (based on candidate needs)

The Opportunity

This is a full-time associate opportunity within a multi-location private practice system, designed to provide stability, predictability, and clinical growth.

The associate will work a structured 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM schedule, with two primary options:

  • Monday–Thursday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
  • Tuesday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
    (schedule flexibility available through multi-location coordination)

Clinical scope includes:

  • Comprehensive general dentistry (all ages)
  • Restorative dentistry (fillings, crowns)
  • Fixed and removable prosthodontics
  • Root canal therapy
  • Simple and surgical extractions
  • Implant restoration
  • Comprehensive diagnosis and treatment planning

We are actively supportive of clinical expansion and advanced skill development, with mentorship available in:

  • Implant placement
  • Surgical extractions
  • Bone grafting
  • Endodontics
  • IV sedation
  • Full-arch rehabilitation and advanced restorative dentistry

Technology includes:

  • CBCT imaging
  • Digital X-rays
  • Intraoral scanners / digital impressions
  • Intraoral cameras
  • Cloud-based electronic health records
