Compensation & Benefits

Expected Earnings: $200,000–$300,000+ annually

Daily Guarantee: $600–$750 per day for the first 3 months (based on experience)

Compensation Structure: 33–35% of collections

The Opportunity

This is a part-time associate opportunity working 2-3 days per week, with the option to add days as patient demand continues to grow. This schedule offers an excellent combination of work-life balance, flexibility, and strong earning potential while joining an established FFS private practice.

Typical Office Schedule:

• Monday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

• Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

• Flexibility on which days to work.

• Office is open Thursdays 8:00-4:00pm, where there is opportunity for additional hours as the practice continues to expand.

After more than 20 years of practicing dentistry, Dr. Leix is reducing her clinical schedule while continuing to grow the practice. This creates an outstanding opportunity for an associate to step into an established patient base, help meet increasing patient demand, and build long-term relationships with patients who value comprehensive, relationship-centered care.

The associate will have the opportunity to perform a broad scope of general dentistry, including:

• Restorative dentistry

• Crowns

• Cosmetic dentistry

• Invisalign®

• Extractions

• Implant placement

• Endodontics (if desired—the practice currently refers endodontic cases out)

You'll be supported by state-of-the-art technology, including:

• Paperless practice

• Digital X-rays

• Planmeca CBCT 3D imaging

• iTero intraoral scanner

• GBT Certified office

• Bioclear Certified office

Mentorship & Growth

This is an exceptional opportunity for a dentist who wants to continue developing clinically while receiving meaningful mentorship.

Dr. Leix brings over 20 years of clinical experience, formal teaching experience at the University of Illinois at Chicago College of Dentistry, and is a Certified Integrative Health and Life Coach. The practice also provides access to a dedicated life and business coach, creating a unique environment focused on clinical excellence, leadership development, and personal growth.

While the ideal candidate has 3–5 years of experience or has completed a GPR, motivated self-starting new graduates are encouraged to apply if they are eager to learn and committed to providing exceptional patient care.
