Compensation & Benefits

Compensation: 30% of collections (30% of lab fees).

Expected Earnings: $250,000–$350,000+ annually.

Daily Guarantee: $800–$1,000 per day, based on experience.

Our current associate earns approximately $225,000 annually primarily performing bread-and-butter general dentistry. In 2025 alone, the practice referred out more than 600 endodontic and extraction cases, creating significant built-in production opportunities for the right associate.

The Opportunity

This is a full-time opportunity offering a 4-day work week, a consistently busy patient flow, and the chance to practice comprehensive dentistry while developing advanced clinical skills.

Office hours are Monday through Thursday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a 7:45 AM morning team huddle. As the practice continues to grow and expand from 8 to 10 operatories, additional scheduling flexibility may become available in the future.

This is not an endodontics-only position. The associate will provide comprehensive general dentistry, including:

• Crown and bridge

• Restorative dentistry

• Comprehensive treatment planning

• Exams and hygiene checks

• Root canals and endodontic therapy

• Routine and surgical extractions

• Additional procedures based on the associate's interests and experience

The opportunity is especially attractive for a dentist who enjoys surgery and endodontics or wants to further develop those skills. The practice has substantial internal referral demand and is looking for a doctor who can help keep more specialty procedures in-house while still practicing comprehensive dentistry.

You'll be supported by advanced technology and tools, including:

• CBCT imaging

• CEREC same-day dentistry

• TRIOS and iTero scanners

• 3D printing

• Exocad digital design

• Laser dentistry

• Phase contrast microscope

• Electric handpieces in every operatory

• Modern ergonomic operatories

Mentorship and collaboration are a major part of the Shore Smiles culture. Dr. Christian Mullin is a graduate of the Pankey Institute and teaches for the Dental Success Institute on business principles, servant leadership, and AI implementation. Associates have opportunities to learn advanced concepts in:

• Comprehensive diagnosis

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is:

• A licensed general dentist.

• 3–5 years of experience preferred, although a surgically focused AEGD or GPR is highly valued.
