Compensation & Benefits

Hourly Rate: $45–$55 per hour

Guaranteed Hours: Yes—scheduled hours are guaranteed, even in the event of cancellations or no-shows

The Opportunity

This is a flexible part-time to full-time opportunity (2–4 days per week) in a fast-growing coastal practice with a strong emphasis on comprehensive patient care and new patient flow.

Maplewood Dental Associates is expanding, seeing approximately 100 new patients per month, making this an excellent opportunity for a hygienist who enjoys a steady, growing patient base and values clinical consistency and teamwork.

Schedule

• Monday–Friday: 7:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. (2–4 days per week, schedule determined upon hire)
• No weekends

This role offers flexibility in days worked, with scheduling tailored to the right candidate.

Patient Care Philosophy

• 60-minute hygiene appointments
• Each patient completes a comprehensive new patient exam with the doctor prior to hygiene

Technology & Clinical Support

You’ll work with modern, efficient systems including:

• Digital X-rays
• Intraoral cameras
• CBCT imaging

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is:

• A licensed Registered Dental Hygienist
• Comfortable with SRP and periodontal therapy (experience preferred, training available)
• A strong communicator with both patients and team members
• Collaborative, dependable, and detail-oriented
• Open to working in a growing, multi-location practice environment

1–2 years of clinical experience is preferred, but the team is open to training the right candidate.
