Compensation & Benefits

Hourly Rate: $40–$60 per hour

Expected Daily Earnings: Approximately $320–$480 per scheduled day

Expected Annual Earnings: Approximately $66,560–$99,840 annually based on a full-time 4-day workweek

Guaranteed Hours: Yes—scheduled hours are guaranteed, even in the event of patient cancellations or no-shows

Performance Bonuses: Hygiene production bonuses and office goal-based incentives
