Due to continued growth and strong patient demand, we are adding an associate to support expansion within the practice.

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation: Percentage of production (after guarantee period)
Monthly Guarantee: $12,000/month guaranteed draw for the first 6 months
Expected Earnings: $200,000–$300,000+ annually (with high production upside)

The Opportunity

This is a full-time opportunity with a 4-day work week (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM) in a consistently high-demand practice with strong patient flow and established systems.

You’ll step into an environment designed for rapid clinical and financial growth, with a broad scope of dentistry and structured mentorship.

Procedures & Clinical Scope Include:

• Endodontics (including molar endo)
• Cosmetic dentistry
• Advanced restorative dentistry
• Invisalign & clear aligner therapy
• Socket grafting
• Implant placement & restoration
• IV sedation
• Wisdom tooth extractions

Our mentorship model is designed to help associates confidently expand into advanced, high-value procedures early in their career.
