Compensation & Benefits

Compensation Structure:

• 35% of collections

Daily / Hourly Guarantee:

• Equivalent to approximately $625–$800+ per clinical day
• Structured as an $80–$100 per hour minimum guarantee (based on clinical hours worked)

Expected Earnings:

• $200,000–$375,000+ annually

The Opportunity

This is a full-time opportunity with a structured, high-volume schedule and consistent patient flow. 

The associate will work a 4.5-day clinical schedule, with select Saturdays on rotation.

You’ll be practicing a broad scope of general dentistry, including:

• Crowns
• Fillings
• Dentures
• Root canals
• Comprehensive treatment planning

(No oral surgery required)

The practice is equipped with modern dental technology, including:

• Digital scanners
• Intraoral cameras
• Efficient clinical systems designed to support high production and smooth workflow

Mentorship is available, including support from senior doctors within the practice. This makes it a strong fit for:

• Experienced dentists seeking autonomy and strong production upside
• Newer graduates looking for structured guidance and clinical development

There is also long-term stability due to an upcoming retirement and strong ongoing patient demand.

• A licensed general dentist
• Experienced and comfortable performing molar RCTs independently
• Open to new graduates (Yes)
• Clinically confident in comprehensive general dentistry
