Compensation & Benefits

Compensation: 30% of collections.

Expected Earnings: $200,000–$400,000+ annually.

Daily Guarantee: $800 per day for the first year.

The Opportunity

This opportunity is available on either a full-time or part-time basis, providing flexibility for the right candidate.

Schedule:
Monday–Thursday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Friday | 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM

The associate will perform a broad scope of general dentistry procedures, including:

• Restorative dentistry

• Crowns and bridges

• Extractions

• Dentures

• Simple root canal therapy

• Veneers

• Implant restorations

Implant placement experience is a plus but not required.

As a multi-specialty practice, Growing Smiles of Cherry Hill provides extensive clinical support and a collaborative atmosphere where providers can continue expanding their skills and delivering comprehensive patient care.

The practice features advanced technology, including:

• Digital charts and digital radiography

• Cone Beam CT (CBCT)

• Digital intraoral scanner

• Digital anesthetic delivery system

• Electric handpieces
