Compensation: 30% of net collections with NO lab fees paid by the associate.
Expected Earnings: $360,000+ annually.
Guaranteed Compensation: $15,000 per month for the first 90 days or 30% of net collections, whichever is greater.

This is a full-time opportunity featuring a 4-day work week and an established patient base, allowing a new associate to step into immediate production and earning potential.
Schedule:
Monday through Thursday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
The associate will perform a broad scope of general dentistry, including:
Comprehensive exams
Restorative dentistry
Crowns and bridges
Root canal therapy
Extractions
Removable prosthetics
Implant restorations
Clear aligner therapy, including Invisalign

CBCT imaging
Digital radiography
