Compensation: 35% of collections (less 35% of lab expenses).
Expected Earnings: $350,000+ annually, depending on production.
Daily Guarantee: $800 per day for the first 90 days.

The ideal candidate is:
A licensed general dentist.
3–5 years of experience preferred.
Comfortable performing a broad range of general dentistry procedures.
