Compensation & Benefits

Compensation:

• 30% of adjusted production (up to 35% depending on experience)

Expected Earnings:

• $150,000–$300,000+ annually, depending on experience, speed, and clinical scope

Daily Guarantee:

• Based on production model and experience (competitive structure aligned with performance)

The Opportunity

This is a full-time associate opportunity designed for a dentist who wants both clinical autonomy and strong production potential in a rapidly growing environment.

The associate will work a consistent full-time schedule with high patient demand and flexibility within the clinical workflow.

The practice offers a broad scope of comprehensive general dentistry, including:

• Restorative dentistry

• Crowns (including same-day workflows)

• Endodontics

• Extractions

• Implant dentistry (including guided surgery and restoration)

• Oral sedation dentistry

• Advanced procedures based on experience and interest

You’ll be supported by advanced digital technology and fully integrated systems, including:

• CBCT imaging

• CEREC CAD/CAM system

• Primescan & iTero scanners

• SprintRay 3D printing

• Nomad handheld X-rays

• In-house surgical guide design and digital implant planning

Mentorship and collaboration are available, making this a strong opportunity for:
