Compensation Structure

• Daily guarantee of $750-$850/day or 30-31% of adjusted production, whichever is greater (negotiable/DOE )
• Guarantee applies during the first 90 days
• Current associate is earning $200k+

Clinical Scope:

This is an excellent opportunity for a dentist who enjoys comprehensive dentistry and wants to continue expanding their skills.

Procedures include:

• Restorative dentistry (fillings, crowns, bridges)
• Implant restorations
• Root canal therapy, including molars
• Extractions, including surgical extractions and impacted wisdom teeth
• Removable prosthetics
• Invisalign treatment
• Implant planning and placement
• Comprehensive treatment planning
• Emergency dentistry with opportunities for same-day treatment

Complex cases can be referred when appropriate based on your comfort level and experience.

Schedule

• Full-time opportunity
• Four days per week
• Practice open Monday–Friday
• Excellent work-life balance with no weekends required
