The Opportunity

You're a general dentist seeking mentorship, autonomy, and excellent earning potential. Apple Valley Dental Care is looking for an associate who wants to build a long-term career in a well-run practice where clinical growth and financial success go hand in hand.

This is a full-time position offering a three-day clinical schedule with steady patient flow, flexibility around your life, and real support from an experienced team. You'll provide a broad scope of general dentistry in a practice that actively invests in your clinical development and procedural growth.

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary Guarantee: $200,000 annually, paid weekly—that's your floor.

Production-Based Earnings: 30% of adjusted production up to $500/hour, then 35% thereafter. Most associates hit $235K–$300K+ annually.

Sign-On Bonus: $20,000 (two-year retention clawback)

Retention Bonus: $10,000 available in years 3–5

Clinical Scope

You'll provide comprehensive restorative dentistry, including crowns and bridges, root canals, extractions, implants with hands-on training available, cosmetic procedures, and same-day dentistry, in a practice that actively invests in your development and supports your growth.

Technology & Systems

You'll work in a fully digital, high-tech operatory equipped with:

• CBCT imaging and digital radiography
• CEREC same-day crowns
• SprintRay 3D printing for surgical guides
• Electric handpieces in every operatory
• Modern implant motors and surgical equipment
• Reciprocating endodontic systems
• Fully digital patient records
