Compensation: 30% of adjusted production up to $500/hour, then 35% thereafter, paid weekly.
Expected Earnings: $235,000–$300,000+ annually.
Base Salary Guarantee: $200,000 annually.
Daily Guarantee: Approximately $800 per day, providing stability while building production.
Sign-On Bonus: $20,000 with a two-year clawback period.
Long-Term Retention Bonus: $10,000 available during years three through five.

This is a full-time restorative GP role offering a well-balanced schedule, steady patient flow, and flexibility designed to support both professional success and work-life balance. Associates enjoy a schedule that typically averages three clinical days per week, including evening and occasional Saturday coverage.
