  • External lab cases handled under adjusted production structure

Our contract is designed to be straightforward, reasonable, and supportive of long-term success. We are looking for someone who wants to grow with the practice — not someone who feels locked into an unfair agreement.

Clinical Autonomy & Fair Scheduling

We believe doctors should keep the treatment they diagnose.

If you diagnose treatment and the patient chooses to proceed with you, that treatment remains yours unless the patient specifically requests another provider.

You will receive support and mentorship without micromanagement.

Procedures & Clinical Scope

The associate will primarily provide bread-and-butter general dentistry in a patient-centered private practice setting.

Procedures may include:

  • Comprehensive and limited exams
  • Diagnosis and treatment planning
  • Restorative dentistry
  • Crowns and bridges
  • Implant restorations
  • Removable prosthodontics
  • Emergency dentistry
  • Simple oral surgery (when appropriate)
  • Additional procedures within the doctor’s comfort level and standard of care

We strongly believe in ethical, patient-centered dentistry.

We do not pressure doctors to perform procedures they are uncomfortable with, and we do not support overtreatment.

Doctors are encouraged to continue growing clinically with mentorship and support while practicing within their comfort level.

Root canal experience is a plus, but it is not required. We refer to specialists whenever it is in the patient’s best interest or outside the doctor’s comfort level.

Preferred Qualifications

Ideal candidates will have:

  • GPR or AEGD training
    OR
  • At least 2 years of private practice or DSO experience
