Compensation & Benefits

Compensation: 30% to 34% of collections, based on experience

Expected Earnings: $225,000–$400,000+ annually

Daily Guarantee: $700 to $900 per day for 6 to 12 months, based on experience

Our current associates are on track to earn $400,000+ annually by practicing comprehensive dentistry and keeping advanced procedures in-house, including endodontics, extractions, and implants.

The Opportunity

This is a full-time or part-time opportunity with a consistently busy patient schedule and strong production potential from day one.

You'll practice a broad scope of general dentistry and are encouraged to perform the procedures you're comfortable with while continuing to expand your abilities, including:

• Comprehensive restorative dentistry
• Crown and bridge
• Endodontics
• Extractions
• Implant dentistry
• Bread-and-butter general dentistry
• Pediatric dentistry, if interested
• Additional advanced procedures based on experience and interest

Unlike many practices, you'll enjoy full clinical autonomy, allowing you to diagnose and treat patients according to your clinical judgment without unnecessary production pressure.
