Compensation & Benefits

• Expected annual earnings: $220,000–$250,000+
• $800/day guarantee for the first 6 months
• 31% of adjusted production
• Annual Continuing Education allowance
• Monthly health stipend
• 401(k) with employer match up to 4%
• Paid Time Off:
  • 5 days during the first 6 months
  • 10 days annually thereafter

Schedule

• Open to both full-time and part-time candidates
• Monday–Thursday
• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• No weekends

Clinical Scope

The associate will primarily perform:

• Basic restorative dentistry
• Crown & bridge
• Root canals based on comfort level

This role is ideal for a dentist who is motivated to continue developing clinically over time.
