Compensation & Benefits

• Compensation: 31% of adjusted production
• Expected Earnings: $220,000–$250,000+ annually
• Daily Guarantee: $800/day for the first 6 months
• Open to Full-Time or Part-Time Candidates

The Opportunity

This is a strong opportunity for a growth-minded associate dentist who wants to continue expanding clinically while working alongside a highly supportive team.

The associate will work a consistent schedule:

• Monday–Thursday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• No evenings or weekends

The practice offers a broad scope of general dentistry, including:

• Basic Restorative Dentistry
• Crown & Bridge
• Root Canals based on comfort level
• Opportunities to continue expanding clinical skills over time to surgical and cosmetic. 

The office is heavily invested in advanced technology and digital dentistry workflows, including:

• 3D SprintRay Printers
• CEREC Same-Day Dentistry
• CBCT
• Primescan
• iTero Scanners

Mentorship is a major focus within the practice. The team actively encourages CE participation and supports dentists who are motivated to grow beyond their current skill set.
