Compensation & Benefits

Compensation: 31% of collections
Expected Earnings: $200,000–$450,000+ 
Daily Guarantee: $150,000 base salary
Lab Fees: 50% covered

Current associate is on track to earn approximately $365,000/year

The Opportunity

This is a full-time associate position with a 4-day work week and a high-volume, established patient base across two offices located just 15 minutes apart (Iowa + Nebraska locations). The associate will primarily focus on the 12-operatory Iowa practice, with optional access to both locations.

You’ll be providing a full scope of general dentistry, including:

• Restorative dentistry (fillings, crowns, bridges)
• Extractions and removable prosthetics (partials & dentures)
• Implant restorations and cosmetic cases
• Additional opportunity for endodontics, Botox, and implant placement

The practice is equipped to support clinical growth, autonomy, and production efficiency, with a clear pathway to partnership/ownership for the right candidate.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is:

• A licensed general dentist
• Preferred: 2–3 years of clinical experience or completion of a residency program (GPR/AEGD); however, all qualified candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Clinically confident and production-oriented
• A strong communicator with a patient-first mindset
• Team-focused, positive, and growth-driven
• Interested in long-term opportunity and ownership potential
