Maplewood Dental Associates is a growing, multi-location private practice serving the Delaware beach communities with offices in Rehoboth Beach and Fenwick Island.

Guaranteed Base Salary: $150,000 annually
Compensation Model: 40% of collections
Expected Earnings: $250,000–$400,000+ annually, depending on production, clinical skill set, workload, and tenure within the practice.

This is a full-time associate opportunity working across two established locations in Delaware's thriving coastal communities.
4 days per week
Monday–Friday
8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
