Branin Dental is seeking a growth-minded Associate Dentist who wants far more than just a production job. This is an opportunity to receive elite clinical and business mentorship while building a long-term career path that can ultimately lead to partnership ownership.

You will work directly with Dr. Scott Dudley, DMD, MBA, MSEd, FAGD — an accomplished clinician, educator, entrepreneur, and mentor who has personally trained more than 30 dentists, many of whom now own and operate highly successful practices.

This role is ideal for a dentist committed to excellence in restorative dentistry, comprehensive treatment planning, patient communication, and continual growth.

What Success Looks like in Your First 6 Months:

Compensation & Benefits

Associate compensation is based on the greater of:

• 30% of restorative collections + 40% of hygiene collections
  OR
• A guaranteed annual salary, reconciled quarterly

First Year Guarantee:

Based on a weekly schedule:

• 5 days/week: $160,000 guaranteed
• 4 days/week (Tuesday off): $144,000 guaranteed
• 4 days/week (Wednesday off): $130,000 guaranteed

Additional Benefits

• 20–30 new patients per month
• 50% malpractice insurance paid by the office
• 50% reimbursement of pre-approved CE tuition/costs up to $3,000 annually
• Invisalign lab fee support:
  • Associate pays only the $600 lab fee
  • No additional lab fees, assuming a $2,999 case fee
• Botox reimbursement:
  • $200 reimbursement per 100 units purchased by the doctor
• Paid Time Off:
  • Year 1: 3 weeks
  • Year 2+: 4 weeks with $700K minimum production

Clinical Expectations:

• Crown preparations completed to Branin clinical standards
• High-quality crown seats and restorative outcomes
• Diagnosis and case acceptance at or above the group’s 50th percentile
• Fabrication of your own temporary crowns
• Periodontal diagnosis rates of approximately 30–40%
• Completion of your own hygiene following comprehensive exams during the first 6 months
• Minimum of 10 five-star patient reviews per month

Ideal Clinical Strengths:

We are looking for a doctor who is already skilled in — or eager to become highly proficient in — the following:

• Facially Generated Treatment Planning
• Occlusion and comprehensive restorative dentistry
• Clear aligner therapy diagnosis and case selection
• Conviction and confidence in treatment presentation
• A preventative and definitive treatment philosophy

Clinical Schedule

• Monday–Thursday: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Friday: 8:00 AM – 2:30 PM
• 30-minute lunch daily
• Tuesday and/or Wednesday may be spent at our Broomfield office
