Branin Dental is seeking a growth-minded Associate Dentist who wants far more than just a production job. This is a unique opportunity to receive elite clinical and business mentorship while building a long-term career path that can ultimately lead to partnership ownership.

You will work directly with Dr. Scott Dudley, DMD, MBA, MSEd, FAGD — an accomplished clinician, educator, entrepreneur, and mentor who has personally trained 30+ dentists, many of whom now own and operate highly successful practices.

This role is ideal for a dentist committed to excellence in restorative dentistry, comprehensive treatment planning, patient communication, and continual growth.

We believe dentistry should be doctor-led, relationship-driven, and focused on comprehensive patient care rather than transactional production metrics. This opportunity is designed for dentists who ultimately want to become elite clinicians, leaders, and future owners.

Compensation & Benefits

Associate Compensation:
Compensation is based on the greater of:

• 30% of restorative collections + 40% of hygiene collections
• OR guaranteed annual salary (reconciled quarterly)

First-Year Guaranteed Compensation:

• 5 days/week: $160,000 guaranteed
• 4 days/week: $130,000–$144,000 guaranteed (depending on schedule)

Expected Earnings: $180,000–$250,000+ annually

• DDS or DMD with active licensure
• Strong restorative and crown preparation fundamentals
• Experience or strong interest in comprehensive treatment planning
• Excellent communication and case presentation skills
• Detail-oriented in restorative execution and provisionalization
• Growth mindset and willingness to adopt systems
• Committed to long-term clinical development

Clinical Schedule

• Monday–Thursday: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Friday: 8:00 AM – 2:30 PM
• 30-minute lunch daily
• Some rotation between Superior and Broomfield offices
