Compensation & Benefits

Compensation Structure:

• 35% of collections FFS

Expected Earnings:

• $200,000 - $300,000+ annually (based on production, experience, and schedule)

Daily Guarantee:

• $700/day or $100/hr

The Opportunity

What We Offer

• Compensation: 35% of collections with a $700/day guarantee.

Schedule & Responsibilities

• Schedule: Flexible Monday–Friday coverage with occasional Saturdays.

• Scope of Care: Comprehensive general dentistry (restorative, crowns/bridges, preventive, diagnostic). Mentorship is readily available for procedures outside your current comfort zone. Interest or skill in pediatric dentistry is a major plus.

Qualifications

• Active or eligible Illinois DDS/DMD license.

• Prior clinical experience preferred; strong interpersonal and communication skills required.
