Compensation & Benefits

Compensation Structure:

• 35% of collections

Expected Earnings:

• $200,000 - $300,000+ annually (based on production, experience, and schedule)

Daily Guarantee:

• $700/day

The Opportunity

This is a full-time associate opportunity in a modern, community-focused private practice with a strong emphasis on collaboration and patient care.

The associate will work a Monday–Friday schedule with occasional Saturdays, with flexibility designed to ensure full office coverage between providers.

The scope of practice includes:

• Comprehensive general dentistry (all procedures within comfort level)
• Restorative dentistry
• Crowns and bridges
• Preventive and diagnostic care
• Additional procedures based on clinical experience

You’ll be supported by a highly experienced, all-women clinical and administrative team in a well-equipped, modern practice.

Technology includes:

• 3D imaging
• Digital X-rays
• Intraoral cameras
• Laser dentistry
• Curve practice management software
• Weave communications platform
• Nitrous oxide (if needed)

This is a strong opportunity for a dentist who values efficiency, collaboration, and a supportive clinical environment.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal associate is:

• DDS/DMD licensed or eligible in Illinois
• Some prior clinical experience preferred (working in a dental practice environment)
• Strong communicator with excellent patient rapport skills
• Team-oriented and collaborative
• Confident in general dentistry procedures
• Comfortable working in a supportive, multi-provider scheduling model

We are especially interested in a doctor who may also have strong pediatric skills, with potential for expanded future opportunities.
