You'll step into a well-established, women-owned fee-for-service practice with a loyal patient base and a genuinely supportive, collaborative team, the kind of low-drama, high-standards office where clinicians are backed up, not left on their own.

Lake Bluff Dental Care sits in historic downtown Lake Bluff, Illinois, on Chicago's beautiful North Shore near Lake Forest. Because we're fee-for-service, you'll practice comprehensive, high-quality dentistry the way it should be done, guided by what's right for the patient rather than by insurance limitations.

What You'll Earn

• $700 per day (or $100/hour) guaranteed, with the amount negotiable based on your experience
• 35% of collections in our fee-for-service model, so strong clinical work is directly rewarded
• Realistic earning potential of $200,000 to $300,000+ per year, depending on your schedule and production

Your Schedule

• Flexible Monday through Friday coverage, with occasional Saturdays
• A schedule that can be built around the right candidate, whether you're looking for full or reduced days

What You'll Be Doing

You'll practice a full scope of comprehensive general dentistry, including restorative, crowns and bridges, and preventive and diagnostic care.

Just as important: mentorship is readily available for any procedures outside your current comfort zone. Our owner is genuinely committed to helping you grow, so you can take on more over time with real support behind you. An interest or skill in pediatric dentistry is a major plus.

Who You Are

• A dentist with an active or eligible Illinois DDS/DMD license
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (required)
• Prior clinical experience preferred, though we'll mentor the right motivated candidate
• Someone who values patient-centered care, teamwork, and doing dentistry well
