What You'll Walk Into

Lake Bluff Dental Care is located in historic downtown Lake Bluff, Illinois, on Chicago's beautiful North Shore near Lake Forest. Because we're fee-for-service, you'll practice comprehensive, high-quality dentistry guided by what's best for the patient—not insurance limitations.

What You'll Earn

• $700/day (or $100/hour) guaranteed, negotiable based on experience
• 35% of collections in a fee-for-service model
• Realistic earning potential of $200,000-$300,000+ annually, depending on your schedule and production

Your Schedule

• Flexible Monday-Friday schedule with occasional Saturdays
• Full-time or part-time opportunities available
• Schedule can be customized for the right candidate

What You'll Be Doing

You'll provide comprehensive general dentistry, including:

• Restorative dentistry
• Crowns and bridges
• Preventive care
• Comprehensive exams and diagnosis

Mentorship is readily available for procedures outside your current comfort zone. Dr. Linda Salmon is committed to helping associates continue developing their clinical skills with hands-on support. Experience or interest in pediatric dentistry is a plus.

Who We're Looking For

• Active Illinois DDS/DMD license (or eligible for licensure)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Clinical experience preferred, but mentorship is available for motivated candidates
• Passion for patient-centered, comprehensive dentistry
• Team-oriented with a desire for long-term growth
• Interest in pediatric dentistry is a plus
