Compensation & Benefits

Compensation Structure:

• 35% of collections
• $1,000 per day guarantee
• Bonus potential based on production/collections

Expected Earnings:

• $200,000 – $300,000+ annually (pro-rated part-time opportunity, based on clinical output and schedule)

Daily Guarantee:

• $1,000/day

The Opportunity

This is a part-time associate opportunity (Thursdays & Fridays) in a high-volume, fast-paced private practice designed to keep doctors productive and supported.

The associate will provide comprehensive general dentistry based on clinical comfort and skill level, including:

• Restorative dentistry
• Crowns and bridges
• Extractions
• Other procedures aligned with experience level

You’ll be supported by a collaborative and experienced team in an environment focused on efficiency, patient care, and strong clinical outcomes.

Ideal Candidate

• DDS/DMD licensed or eligible in Maryland
