Compensation & Benefits

Compensation Structure:

• 30% of collections (High collection efficiency)

Expected Earnings:

• $150,000 – $350,000+ annually (based on schedule, production, and clinical scope)

Daily Guarantee:

• $1,100/day guaranteed for the first 6 months

Sign-On Bonus:

• Available (case-dependent)

The Opportunity

This is a full-time or part-time associate opportunity (2–4 days/week) in a high-efficiency, growth-oriented private practice.

The schedule is designed to support both work-life balance and strong production, with a consistent weekly structure:

• Monday–Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Thursday: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• No Fridays or Saturdays

The associate will provide comprehensive general dentistry, including:

• Crowns & bridges
• Invisalign / clear aligners
• Non-molar endodontics
• Non-molar extractions
• Pediatric treatment
• Implant restorations
• Implant placement (not required, but available)

You’ll be supported by advanced systems and technology, including:

• Digital X-rays
• Electronic health records
• CEREC Primescan + Primemill (same-day dentistry capability)
• iTero scanner

This is a fast-paced, high-support environment where clinicians are empowered to stay productive, grow their skills, and deliver excellent patient care without unnecessary pressure.

• DDS/DMD licensed or eligible in Missouri
