Infinity Pediatric Dentistry is a private practice located in Lafayette, Indiana.

We are in a period of rapid growth, recently celebrating our 2-year anniversary in a brand-new facility designed to create a comfortable, welcoming experience for children and families. With over 100 new patients per month, we are actively seeking an additional provider.

Compensation & Benefits

• Compensation: 33% of collections (Pediatric Dentist) / 30% (GP)
• Expected Salary Range: $300,000 - $450,000
• Historical Collections: ~99% collection efficiency
• Daily Guarantee: $1,200/day (first 3 months, option to switch to collection model early)
• Sign-On / Relocation: Available (case dependent)
• CE / Professional Support: $2,000 annual CE or loupes allowance
• Health Insurance: Employer contribution (approx. 25% toward selected plan)

The Opportunity

The practice operates 4 days per week (with flexibility to expand to 5 days) and maintains a steady influx of new patients, ensuring a full and productive schedule.

Clinical scope includes:

• Pediatric preventive and restorative dentistry
• Behavior management and comprehensive pediatric care
• Sedation dentistry (partnered with pediatric sedation team for in-office cases)
• Limited PPO + FFS model (no heavy insurance restrictions)
• High emphasis on patient experience and relationship-building

Additional clinical notes:

• Practice uses a DA/EFDA model
• Opportunity for mentorship in both clinical and soft-skill development

Technology & environment includes:

• LightScalpel CO₂ laser
• Handheld X-rays Units
• Intraoral cameras
• Intraosseous local anesthesia
• Composite warmers
• DryShield systems in operatories

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is:

• A Pediatric Dentist (board-certified or board-eligible) or a GP comfortable treating children

• Willing to work 3–4 days per week (with potential to expand)
