Infinity Pediatric Dentistry is a private, family-focused pediatric practice located in Lafayette, Indiana. Operating from a brand-new, purpose-built office that opened two years ago, we're a private FFS and PPO practice with a strong emphasis on patient experience and relationship-building.

With more than 100 new patients every month and direct mentorship from an experienced pediatric dentist, this is an ideal opportunity for a pediatric dentist who wants to grow in a supportive, mentorship-driven environment while building a productive schedule quickly.

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation: 33% of collections, supported by a strong ~99% historical collection efficiency

Expected Earnings: $300,000–$450,000 annually

Daily Guarantee: $1,200 per day for the first 3 months, with the option to switch to the collection model early

Sign-On and Relocation Assistance: Available (case dependent)

The Opportunity

This is a full-time opportunity operating a 3 to 4-day workweek, with flexibility to expand to 5 days. A steady influx of new patients ensures a full and productive schedule from the start.

Your clinical scope includes:

• Pediatric preventive and restorative dentistry
• Behavior management and comprehensive pediatric care
• Sedation dentistry, partnered with a pediatric sedation team for in-office cases
• A limited PPO and FFS model with no heavy insurance restrictions
• A high emphasis on patient experience and relationship-building, with a focus on children under 10 and special-needs patients

Our practice uses a DA/EFDA model, and you'll have the opportunity for mentorship in both clinical and soft-skill development.

You'll practice with modern, purpose-built pediatric technology, including:

• LightScalpel CO₂ laser
• DryShield in every operatory
• Intraosseous anesthesia
• Digital handheld X-rays
