• Full-Time Associate Dentist
• Part-Time Experienced Associate Dentist (2–3 days/week)

Compensation & Benefits

Full-Time Associate Opportunity

• Compensation: 30% of net collections
• Expected Earnings: $350,000–$400,000+ annually
• Focus: Bread-and-butter restorative + cosmetic dentistry with strong patient flow
• Schedule: Approximately 4 days/week
• Daily Guarantee: Available to start based on experience

Part-Time High-End Procedure Opportunity

• Compensation: 30% of net collections
• Expected Earnings: $275,000+ annually working 2–3 days/week
• Daily Guarantee: $1,000–$1,200/day to start
• Focus: Implants, endodontics, surgery, comprehensive treatment, and hygiene exams

Full-Time Associate Opportunity

The full-time associate will focus primarily on:

• Bread-and-butter restorative dentistry
• Comprehensive treatment planning
• Cosmetic dentistry
• Crowns and bridges
• Routine operative procedures
• Additional procedures based on comfort level and experience

This doctor will work alongside 1–2 additional doctors daily in a collaborative setting with strong patient flow and immediate production opportunity.

Part-Time Experienced Associate Opportunity

The part-time opportunity is designed for a more experienced doctor comfortable performing:

• Implants
• Endodontics
• Surgical procedures
• Comprehensive restorative care
• Occasional hygiene checks alongside the doctor team
