We're primarily PPO and fee-for-service with no Medicaid, which lets our doctors focus on quality dentistry and comprehensive treatment. You'll enjoy the autonomy and culture of a privately owned practice, not a corporate environment, while having experienced doctors and a strong team available for support, collaboration, and mentorship.

Two Ways to Join Our Team

We're currently hiring for two associate opportunities within the same practice, so whether you want to build a busy full-time practice or step into advanced procedures part-time, there's a path for you.

Full-Time Associate Dentist

Ideal if you want to become productive quickly and build a long-term career in a busy private practice.

• Compensation: 30% of net collections
• Expected Earnings: $350,000 to $400,000+ annually
• Daily Guarantee: available to start
• Schedule: approximately 4 days per week
• Focus: restorative dentistry, crowns and bridges, cosmetic dentistry, comprehensive treatment planning, and additional procedures based on your experience
• You'll work alongside 1 to 2 doctors and two EFDA-certified assistants, so you can focus on patient care rather than doing everything yourself

Part-Time Experienced Associate Dentist (2–3 days/week)

Ideal if you're an experienced dentist ready to step directly into higher-level procedures.

• Compensation: 30% of net collections
• Expected Earnings: $275,000+ annually on 2 to 3 days per week
• Daily Guarantee: $1,000 to $1,200 per day to start
• Focus: implant dentistry, endodontics, surgical procedures, comprehensive restorative care, and cosmetic dentistry

You'll walk into an established practice with existing patient flow, rather than spending months building a schedule from scratch.

• A licensed general dentist
