Bumble Bee Smiles is a growing pediatric dental organization serving families across the Texas Panhandle. With the continued success of our established Dumas practice, we are excited to open a second location in Amarillo to meet increasing patient demand and expand access to high-quality pediatric dental care.

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation:

• 35% of production

Expected Earnings:

• Full-Time: $200,000–$300,000+ annually
• Part-Time: Production-based and prorated depending on schedule and clinical days worked

Daily Guarantee:

• $1,200/day guaranteed for the first 3 months

Sign-On Bonus:

• $10,000 signing bonus available to assist with relocation

The Opportunity

This is a full-time or part-time pediatric dentist opportunity offering strong patient demand, schedule flexibility, and long-term growth potential across two growing locations in the Texas Panhandle.

The associate will primarily work:

• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM for full-time schedules
• Part-time scheduling flexibility available

The associate pediatric dentist will provide comprehensive care for children and adolescents, including:

• Preventive and restorative dentistry
• Crowns and fillings
• Extractions and emergency treatment
• Space maintainers
• Pulp therapy / baby root canals
• Nitrous oxide sedation
• Comprehensive pediatric exams and behavior management

The associate will have the opportunity to work between both the Amarillo and Dumas locations as needed, supporting continuity of care while maintaining a productive and flexible schedule.

This role is supported by strong mentorship from an experienced, board-certified pediatric dentist with decades of practice ownership and leadership experience throughout the Texas Panhandle.

Mentorship includes guidance in:

• Clinical pediatric dentistry
• Patient and parent communication
• Behavioral management
• Practice growth and development

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is:

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
• Completion of a Pediatric Dentistry Residency Program
• Board-eligible or board-certified pediatric dentist
• Licensed in Texas (or eligible for licensure)
• Open to both experienced pediatric dentists and new residency graduates

• Excellent pediatric behavioral management skills
• A warm, playful chairside manner with children
• Strong parent communication skills
• A positive, team-oriented attitude
• Passion for pediatric dentistry and long-term growth
