The Opportunity

This is a full-time general dentist opportunity with Advanced Dental Brands across multiple supported private practice locations throughout Connecticut.

Candidates will have the opportunity to connect with the team to explore available locations and identify a practice setting that best aligns with their preferences and goals within the state.

In this role, the associate will provide comprehensive dental care, including:

• Full-mouth exams and diagnosis
• Patient education on oral health and treatment options
• Maintenance and updating of patient records
• Delivery of patient-first, high-quality clinical care

You will be supported by a comprehensive clinical and operational team in a well-run, productive, and collaborative environment designed to support consistent patient care and professional success.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is:

• A Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD)
• Active Connecticut dental license and DEA registration
• 1–2 years of related clinical experience preferred
• Strong communication skills
• Committed to ethical, patient-first care and clinical excellence
• Current malpractice insurance
• Current BLS/CPR certification
