Dental Health Center (DHC) is a multi-location private dental group serving communities across Toms River, Monmouth Beach, Holmdel, Rumson, and Staten Island.

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation: 30% of collections

Expected Earnings: $150,000 – $200,000+ annually

Daily Guarantee: Open to discussion based on experience and schedule

The Opportunity

This is a full-time opportunity (Monday–Thursday, with occasional Fridays) with flexibility in scheduling depending on location. The associate will primarily work across multiple offices, with Toms River Wednesdays preferred and Monmouth Beach offering additional scheduling flexibility.

The practice offers a focused clinical scope with a strong emphasis on endodontic procedures, including:

• Full-scope endodontics (primary focus of the role)
• General restorative dentistry support as needed
• Comprehensive patient care within a multi-location system

You’ll be supported by a modern clinical environment featuring:

• Digital X-rays and 3D imaging (CBCT)
• CAD/CAM systems
• Laser dentistry
• Electronic health records and integrated workflows

Mentorship & Growth:

• Formal mentorship program available
• Strong peer support and informal clinical guidance
• Collaborative case discussions across providers
• Encouragement to grow within a multi-doctor system

This is an excellent opportunity for:

• An experienced endodontist or GP with strong endo experience
• OR a clinician looking to specialize and grow in endodontics with mentorship

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is:

• A licensed General Dentist or Endodontist (or eligible in NJ/NY)
• Strong experience or comfort with endodontic procedures (required focus)
• Clinically confident with excellent treatment planning skills
• A strong communicator with a positive, patient-focused attitude
• Team-oriented and comfortable working across multiple locations
• Interested in long-term growth within a supportive group practice
