Compensation & Benefits

Compensation: 32% of adjusted production (production minus write-offs and adjustments)

Expected Earnings: $300,000 – $400,000+ annually

Daily Guarantee: $800 per clinical day (first 3 months)

Sign-On Bonus: $10,000 (paid at 30, 60, and 90 days)

Relocation Assistance: $2,000 moving expense reimbursement

This is a high-producing opportunity with strong systems in place, allowing doctors to maximize efficiency and earnings quickly.

The Opportunity

This is a full-time associate position offering a consistent schedule and strong patient flow. The associate will work Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with no evenings or weekends, supporting excellent work-life balance.

The practice offers a broad scope of general dentistry, including:

• Operative dentistry
• Crown and bridge
• Removable prosthetics
• Basic oral surgery
• Endodontics (if desired)
• Opportunity to perform additional procedures based on competency

You’ll be supported by modern technology and systems, including:

• Digital X-rays
• CBCT imaging
• Intraoral scanners
• Same-day crown technology

Mentorship and collaboration are available, making this a strong opportunity for:

• An experienced dentist seeking autonomy with strong earnings
• A newer graduate looking for support, guidance, and immediate production

There is also ongoing access to CE, in-house training, and peer collaboration, helping you continue to grow clinically over time.
