Compensation & Benefits

Compensation: 33% of adjusted production

Expected Earnings: $200,000+ annually (higher based on procedure mix and scope)

The Opportunity

This is a full-time opportunity with a consistent, productive patient flow. The associate will typically work Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with flexibility available depending on preferences.

The practice offers a broad scope of comprehensive general dentistry, including:

• Exams and treatment planning
• Restorative dentistry (fillings, crowns)
• Extractions and basic surgical procedures
• Endodontics
• Implants and clear aligners (optional, based on interest)

You’ll be supported by modern technology and a highly efficient team, including:

• Digital X-rays and electronic sensors
• Panoramic imaging
• Intraoral scanner
• CBCT available if pursuing advanced procedures

Mentorship and collaboration are a core part of this opportunity, making it ideal for:

• A newer dentist seeking hands-on mentorship (especially in communication and case acceptance)
• An experienced dentist looking for autonomy with strong production potential
