While you will serve as the lead provider in your location, you’ll also have access to multiple doctors across the organization for mentorship, collaboration, and clinical support.

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation Structure:

• Generous guaranteed base salary
• 35% of individual collections

Expected Earnings: $200,000 – $300,000+ annually (based on production)

Collections Insight:

• Collections average 99%+ of net production
• 100% of lab fees covered by the practice
• In-network with Delta Dental and Blue Cross Blue Shield, out-of-network with others to maintain strong reimbursement rates

Sign-On Bonus: $10,000 (paid after graduation/licensure approval)

Clinical Scope Includes:

• General and restorative dentistry
• Cosmetic procedures
• Clear aligners
• Implants
• Periodontal treatments
• TMJ treatment

You are encouraged to practice to your comfort level, with the ability to refer within the group or expand your skillset over time.
