Compensation & Benefits

Compensation Model: 30% of collections (no lab fees)

Expected Earnings: $300,000 – $400,000+ annually
(Most associates working ~30 hours or less per week earn between $300K–$375K annually)

Collections Insight: Across all locations, collections exceed 100% of adjusted production, supported by high private insurance reimbursement rates through umbrella plans.

Daily Guarantee: Initial guarantee offered (amount and duration negotiable)
(Most associates exceed their guarantee within ~4 weeks)

The Opportunity

This is a full-time associate position offering a 4-day work week, modern technology, and a highly supportive clinical environment, with flexibility for part-time candidates seeking 2–4 days per week.

You’ll have the flexibility to work across one or multiple locations depending on your preference, with no evenings or weekends required.

Clinical Scope Includes:

• Bread-and-butter general dentistry
• Comprehensive restorative care
• Preventive and diagnostic dentistry
• Opportunities to expand into AOX, orthodontics (metal brackets), and additional procedures based on interest
