Compensation & Benefits

Compensation Model: Percentage of collections (98.3% collection rate)

Expected Earnings: $300,000 – $450,000+ annually

Daily Guarantee: Yes (based on experience)

The Opportunity

This is a full-time associate position in a solo-doctor office, replacing a provider who practiced there for 50 years.

You’ll step into a well-established patient base with strong demand, allowing you to focus on dentistry rather than building a schedule.

Clinical Scope Includes:

• Comprehensive treatment planning
• Restorative dentistry (fillings, crowns, bridges)
• Removable prosthetics (partials and dentures)
• Implant placement and restorations
• Extractions and endodontics

Expanded Procedures (Based on Training):

• Molar endodontics
• Clear aligners
• Surgical procedures

Autonomy & Support:

• True clinical autonomy with no production requirements
• Ability to work independently while still having access to peer support within the group
