Compensation: $180,000 – $350,000+ annually

Clinical Focus Includes:

  • Comprehensive treatment planning
  • Cosmetic & esthetic dentistry (veneers, smile design)
  • Restorative dentistry (crowns, bridges, implant restorations)
  • Digital dentistry workflows (scanning, planning, execution)
  • Occlusion-focused care with training encouraged in Kois / Spear / Pankey / LVI pathways
  • Hygiene-driven diagnosis and co-discovery

Clinical Philosophy:

  • Focus on doing the right dentistry, not high-volume dentistry
