Since we are a non-contracted office the new patient flow may be slower to build. This is why I'm looking for an associate with a long term goal, focused on patient relationships and building the patient base through trust and value. It takes a different mindset to focus on those details than and insurance driven practice, and it has the potential to be more rewarding.

• Guaranteed pay = $12,500/month ($150,000/year) Full time 4 days a week $12,500 = Goal of $50,000/month adjusted production 25% Bonus for every dollar above $50,000/monthly goal
• Pay should provide security but also goals and incentives 30% for every dollar over $70,000 YTD monthly goal on adjusted production
• $5250 a year in student loan repayment disbursed as $437.50 monthly on paycheck. As long as remains employed  in good standing.
• $2000 CE stipend yearly
• Claims Made Malpractice insurance paid by Company as long as no claims made and in good standing
• No lab expenses deducted
• Orthodontics, Implants are reserved for Dr Camenzuli, until appropriate CE taken, then the production is divided into monthly installments, not a lump sum
• Individual HRA for health insurance reimbursement according to age table.
• Family dental care provided by associate to immediate family allowed. Lab costs to be paid by patient to practice

-Needs to authentically have a deep passion for helping people to have good dental health

-Needs to listen to their patients and give them what they want

-Needs to diagnose all necessary and optional care

-As a professional, needs to lead by example and embrace the office culture, clinical systems and practices.

-Needs to humble themselves to be mentored by the owner doctor and the team

Owner

-Needs to provide training

-Ensure there are enough NP's for each doctor

-Ensure proper capacity for the associate to succeed

-Scheduled communication

-Ensure the associate is on the

New patient preventative and perio services after exam, (prophy, gingivitis therapy, or perio therapy)

Restorative (fillings, crowns)

Endodontics on all teeth

Oral surgery, simple and surgical extractions
