Compensation & Benefits

Real Earning Potential:  $300,000+ annually. As a fee-for-service, out-of-network practice with a fee schedule at the 80th percentile or higher, your production translates into genuinely strong earnings, without the write-offs and discounts of insurance-driven dentistry.

Your compensation includes:

• 32% of all production above $90,000
• 25% of adjusted production above the $50,000 monthly goal
• 30% of adjusted production above the $70,000 monthly goal

As your patient base grows, your income scales well beyond the guarantee. We provide clear benchmarks to help you get there, with target production of $50,000/month by the end of Month 6 and $70,000/month by Month 12.

Guaranteed Compensation: $781.25 per clinical day (approximately $150,000 per year full-time at 4 days), with part-time schedules fairly prorated to your clinical days, so you're supported at every schedule level.

Longevity Wealth Bonus: We reward the dentists who grow with us. You'll receive a 5% collections match, deposited into an investment account that vests over 20 years and pays out when you leave the practice. Designed to reward your commitment and build long-term wealth, our modeling shows this benefit can grow to more than $1.7 million over a full career.

The Opportunity

This opportunity offers exceptional flexibility, with schedules ranging from 1 to 4 clinical days per week, whether you're seeking full-time or a part-time role that complements your existing commitments.
As a fee-for-service practice, patient growth is intentional and relationship-driven, so quality dentistry, not insurance volume, drives your success.

You'll provide a broad, full scope of general dentistry, including:

• Comprehensive, periodic, limited, and periodontal examinations
• Preventive and periodontal therapy
• Restorative dentistry and crowns
• Endodontics, including one-visit RCT and crown
• Simple and surgical extractions

The owner-doctor handles implants and orthodontics, allowing you to focus on a full, busy scope of comprehensive general dentistry without those cases competing for your chair time.

As our practice grows, there may be occasional opportunities to see hygiene patients during the ramp-up period while we expand our hygiene team, helping you stay productive as you build your schedule.
