Compensation & Benefits

Guaranteed Compensation: Associates receive a prorated daily guarantee of $781.25 per full clinical day, based on a full-time schedule of 4 clinical days per week ($150,000 annually). Half-day schedules are also prorated, ensuring fair compensation based on clinical time worked.

This translates to:

• 4 days/week: ~$781.25/day → Up to $12,500/month ($150,000 annually)
• 3 days/week: ~$781.25/day → Approximately $9,375/month ($112,500 annually)
• 2 days/week: ~$781.25/day → Approximately $6,250/month ($75,000 annually)
• 1 day/week: ~$781.25/day → Approximately $3,125/month ($37,500 annually)

Expected Earnings: $150,000–$350,000+ annually, with part-time earning potential scaling proportionately based on schedule and production.

Performance Bonus Structure

• 25% of adjusted production above the $50,000 monthly goal.
• 30% of adjusted production above the $70,000 monthly goal.

• Target production of $50,000 per month by the end of Month 6.
• Target production of $70,000 per month by Month 12.

The associate will provide a broad range of general dentistry services, including:

• Comprehensive, periodic, limited, and periodontal examinations.
• Preventive and periodontal therapy.
• Restorative dentistry.
• Crowns.
• Endodontics on all teeth.
• Simple and surgical extractions.

Implants and orthodontics are reserved for the owner-doctor.

As the practice continues to grow, associates should be comfortable helping provide hygiene services for some new patients, supporting patient care while additional hygiene team members are added.
